According to Curbed Miami, we have a new neighbor in the Coconut Grove. Christian Slater bought a home on St. Gauden's. He can be gleaming the cube right here in our hood. Details and pics here.

The house is nice but to be fair to the guy in kendall yes there is much nicer house in kendall.you would be surprised at some of the amazing houses in kendall.but the house is nice.i wouldnt pay 2.2 million for it tho i think he over paid personaly

True story when i was recently looking to purchase my house i came across this one and the layout is horrible.i ended up buying in west kendall horse country
