Like Time Magazine, the committee couldn't decide which one of YOU to select as the Grand Marshal, so they decided to let YOU decide by hosting an equal opportunity auction on eBay (yeah, they really needed the money). Don Roberson of Miami Beach placed the highest bid of $5,600.
Amazingly, he outbid everyone in the eBay universe without the help of a lobbyist. Don will ride a convertible Bentley and he will get to be "The Donald" for a day. He will be granting second chances to aspiring but troubled beauty queens.
See you there -- downtown Grove -- 2 pm. Come early!
